COMPLETE PERMIT APPLICATION FORM
Please Complete the form in its entirety. Failure to include all information within the form including the required document attachments will result in the delay of permit issuance.
SCALED SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Please provide a scaled site development plan within the attachment section of the form. View Requirements. View Sample Site Plan. Save the document with the project address followed with SP as the file name. i.e., 123 N First St SP
TRUSS DIAGRAM & WALL SECTION DETAIL
Please provide truss diagram and wall section details per Building Commission within the attachment section of the form Requirements. Save the document with the project address followed with BC as the file name. i.e., 123 N First St BC
Once you have submitted the application form we will begin to process your request. Once completed by both Area Plan, and Building Commission you will recieve an e-mail instructing you that your permit fee is ready to be paid. After payment is processed you will recieve your permit via e-mail.
The Area Plan Commission is the local agency designated to carry out land use planning for the City of Evansville, Vanderburgh County, and the Town of Darmstadt.
Another function of the Area Plan Commission, referred to as current planning, is the administration/enforcement of the Zoning and Subdivision ordinances.
